Job Description
Req ID : 816755
- Supervise Welders, allocate tasks and create a shift schedule,
- Supervise Welders to ensure that tasks are completed on time and according to safety requirements,
- Order materials needed for production,
- Monitor team performance and ensure duties are performed efficiently,
- Report to management, any issues that arise during the shift,
- Manage the Welder’s requests and ensure availability of needed consumables and spare parts,
- Advocate and promote 5S Lean initiatives within the shift.
