- The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all employees are properly trained, and that they are following established procedures and protocols.
- Responsible for ensuring that guests are satisfied with the service they receive. They will often interact with guests to address any concerns or complaints and will work to resolve any issues that arise.
- Additionally responsible for managing inventory levels, including food and beverage supplies, utensils, and equipment. They will work to ensure that the establishment has the necessary supplies on hand at all times, and will order additional items as needed.
- The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the establishment is in compliance with all health and safety regulations. This includes ensuring that all food is prepared and stored in a safe and sanitary manner, and that all employees are following proper safety procedures.
- The Food and Beverage Supervisor may be responsible for developing menus for the establishment. They will work to create menus that are appealing to guests while also being profitable for the establishment.
- The Food and Beverage Supervisor may also be responsible for marketing and promoting the establishment. This may involve developing advertising campaigns, creating promotions, and working with other businesses and organizations to attract customers.
