Education and training:
Degree in hotel management, hospitality management, or related field. An additional certification in food and beverage management can be beneficial.
Experience:
Previous experience working in the food and beverage industry, including experience in supervisory positions.
Team management:
The ability to effectively manage and direct the restaurant or facility staff.
Customer service skills:
Ability to provide excellent customer service and deal tactfully with customers.
