Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone,

  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features

  • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.

  • Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance

  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.

  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities

  • Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams

  • Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives.

  • Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred

  • Candidate should have 0-8 year of experience in Customer Support Voice Process.

  • Prior experience in Customer service industry will be an added advantage.

  • Should be open to work in Night shifts / Rotational Shifts.

  • Candidates with backlogs/arrears in their degree are not eligible

  • Responsible for dealing with Domestic & International Clients

  • Responsible for dealing with Clients Queries.

Requirements and Skills

  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role.

  • Familiarity with our industry is a plus.

  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools

  • Understanding of how CRM systems work

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Multi-tasking abilities

  • Patience when handling tough cases

Graduate Freshers / Undergraduate with can apply

Excellent and fluent English communication skills
0. to 8 year Experience in Customer Support / Any international BPO.

Timings - 11.00AM to 3.00 PM.
