Job Description
1. Previous experience: You must have previous experience in hospitality and food and beverage management. It is preferable to have experience in similar sites.
2. Communication Skills: You must have excellent communication skills to interact with guests effectively and to ensure high quality service.
3. Team Management: Must be able to efficiently manage and direct the dining room staff. This includes distributing tasks and directing employees.
4. Food Safety Knowledge: Must be aware of and comply with food safety standards to ensure guest safety.
5. Work Flexibility: A Food and Beverage Supervisor position can have a variable work schedule, including nights and weekends.
