Make recommendations for the menu and answer any questions or concerns guests may have.
Assist in preparing and cleaning tables, ensuring they are sterilized and served properly.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
Dealing with guest complaints or problems intelligently and professionally, and striving to resolve them quickly.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to provide guests with accurate information.
Help maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
Required profile of candidates
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.
Certifications: Certification in food safety is preferred.
Work Experience Industry: Food and beverage industry.
Years of Work Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
