Serve as the primary liaison between the FM department and service providers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring a collaborative approach to service delivery.
Work closely with NEOM's environmental and sustainability experts to align practices with the broader goals of the development. Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations in environmental services, landscaping, and pest control. Continuously seek ways to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and guest satisfaction through innovative practices.
