- Work with the Service Partners to develop comprehensive cleaning strategies tailored to the diverse and luxurious facilities of Sindalah, ensuring all areas are immaculate and uphold Sindalah's high standards.
- Work with the Service Partners to craft detailed cleaning schedules and protocols that balance the need for thoroughness with operational efficiency, maintaining the pristine condition of guest and public spaces.
- Support the Service Partner with training and mentoring janitorial staff to perform their duties to the highest standards, with a focus on luxury service delivery, use of proper techniques, and care for high-end finishes.
- Ensure the team is adept at using advanced cleaning equipment and technologies, incorporating eco-friendly practices and materials in line with NEOM’s sustainability goals
