Job Description

- Install and program fire alarm systems based on blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Inspect and test systems to ensure compliance with local, state, and national fire codes
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with fire alarm systems, including wiring and equipment malfunctions
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on system installation, maintenance, and repair
- Work closely with project managers and other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Advise clients on best practices for fire safety and offer recommendations for system upgrades or replacements
- Keep accurate records of system installations, maintenance, and repairs
- Stay updated on industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance in all work
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in fire alarm system installation, maintenance, and repair
- Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring diagrams
- Familiarity with local, state, and national fire codes
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
