Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in fire alarm installation and service preferred
- Thorough understanding of NFPA codes, standards, and OSHA regulations
- Ability to provide customer service and technical support to other departments
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
