Job Overview:

As a Financial Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and strategic success of our company. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of expertise in strategic financial management financial statement preparation analysis and reporting.

Tasks

What youll do:

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Oversee accurate and timely financial statement preparation and analysis.

Generate comprehensive financial reports interpreting data for decisionmaking.

Identify and implement automation opportunities in financial workflows.

Collaborate on business plans and provide accurate financial projections.

Utilize Excel 1C and analytics tools for datadriven insights.

Requirements

What were looking for:

Strong strategic financial management skills.

Expertise in financial statement preparation analysis and reporting.

Expertise in business process automation.

Strong experience working on business planning sales performance evaluation forecasting and budgeting techniques.

Proficiency in Excel 1C and other financial data analytics tools.

Fluent Russian (Russianspeaking team) and English would be advantageous.
