- Research and utilize up-to-date practices and models in real state financial analysis in line with industry best practices.
- Improve reporting and recommendation process and qualities by being aware of updated real estate industry financing practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Finance or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university.
- Holding of professional real estate financial analysis certification is preferred.
