Job Description

• Document Management: Maintain effective processes and procedures for document control, ensuring all documents are organized, easily accessible and retrievable. Establish a systematic classification system that classifies and stores documents in a way that supports efficient retrieval and use
• Preservation and archiving: Maintain a comprehensive and accurate record of all documents, including historical versions, ensure that all documents are preserved in accordance with the requirements of Dubai South Properties policies, and coordinate the storage and disposal of obsolete or obsolete documents in accordance with retention policies.
• Distribution and Retrieval: Perform documentation distribution to appropriate individuals and ensure they have access to the latest and most relevant versions. Monitor the retrieval and updating of documents, and manage the circulation of revised and updated versions to ensure that stakeholders are working with the most up-to-date information
• Quality control: Support in ensuring the quality and accuracy of documents by conducting regular checks. Identify errors or discrepancies in documentation and work collaboratively with different teams to quickly address and resolve any documentation issues, while maintaining the integrity and reliability of regulatory documentation.
• Communication: Engage in all document related inquiries, communicating any changes or updates in document control processes and policies to relevant parties, ensuring clear and effective lines of communication are maintained
• Compliance: Ensure that all document control processes comply with regulations and regulatory standards by conducting periodic audits to verify the accuracy and integrity of documents, compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and ensuring that all documents are managed in a compliant and secure manner.
Qualifications, experience and technical skills
education:
Bachelor's degree with professional certification in Document Management will be an added advantage
Technical knowledge and skills:
Mastery of software and systems related to document management is essential.
