- Financial Reporting-Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
- Budgeting and Forecasting-Develop, monitor, and analyze budgets, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Internal Controls-Conduct periodic audits to identify and rectify discrepancies.
- Cash Management-Manage the organization's cash flow to meet operational needs and financial obligations.
- Financial Analysis-Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Tax Compliance-Oversee and ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns.
- Risk Management-Identify and assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Team Management-Supervise and manage the finance team, providing leadership and guidance.
- Collaboration with other departments-Work closely with other departments to gather financial information and support decision-making.
- ERP Systems and Technology-Implement and manage financial systems, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
- Strategic Planning-Contribute to the development of the company's financial strategy and long-term plans.
