What you need to be successful in the role:
- Degree in Finance & Accounting/ MBA Finance or professional finance qualification (e.g., CA, FCCA) is a plus.
- Proven experience (12+ years) in a similar role, preferably in a multinational organization in Abu Dhabi.
- Thorough knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team working.
