Job Description

Supports project implementation and handles operational issues in IT Infrastructure and
Data Center set up.
Install large scale production and corporate network infrastructure including routers,
switches, servers, storages, connectivity, etc
Provide on-site support and expertise for all teams on the Data Center and act as a
liaison for remote teams.
Ensure to manage operational issues related to servers, networking devices, cabinets,
power connectivity, physical cabling infrastructure, and other related issues.
Physical hands-on, replacement of switches, SSD/Memory modules, SFPs, line cards,
power supplies, and other chassis-based hardware.
Perform testing of audio-visual equipment and fix issues related to video, audio,
switching, and control systems
Physical audit of inventory and updating asset inventory database.
Work with project managers to eliminate blockers.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
Understand the overall ticket management process
Flexibility to work non-business hours that may include weekends and/or holidays
