Black & Grey HR is currently recruiting for an International Luxury Retail brand seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their team in Dubai, UAE. As the Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in improving processes and analyzing financial activities, including accounting, controlling, and treasury. Candidates with financial audit experience in a Big 4 firm are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Provide financial reports and interpret financial information for managerial staff, while recommending appropriate courses of action.
- Advise on investment activities and develop strategies for the company.
- Maintain the financial health of the organization.
- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and compare the companys performance to business plans.
- Develop trends and projections for the firms finances.
- Conduct reviews and evaluations to identify cost-reduction opportunities.
- Oversee the operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and establish a framework for their achievement.
- Manage the preparation of the companys budget.
- Collaborate with auditors to ensure proper monitoring of company finances.
- Communicate and collaborate with various departments to discuss company plans and align on future paths.

Requirements

- 5 to 10 years experience in a Big 4 audit firm mandatory
- Prior experience as a Financial Manager
- BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus
