Finance Manager Hospitality

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to manage the financial operations of a hospitality business and support management with accurate financial reporting budgeting forecasting and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements management reports budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor revenue expenses cash flow profitability and budget variances.
• Oversee accounts payable accounts receivable general ledger reconciliations and month end closing.
• Work closely with Operations F&B Procurement HR and senior management on financial and cost control matters.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards UAE VAT internal controls and company policies.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support statutory and financial reporting requirements.
• Lead and support the finance team to ensure timely and accurate completion of financial activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
• 5 years of finance and accounting experience with strong hospitality or hotel experience.
• Experience in hotel restaurant group or hospitality environments.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting forecasting financial reporting and cost control.
• Professional qualification such as CA ACCA or CMA is an advantage.
