- Support transactions team (finance) in the Legal Department on a variety of transactional matters and financing arrangements.
- Review contracts and policies and provide related legal advice to internal stakeholders.
- Draft agreements and ancillary documents and negotiate them with external stakeholders.
- Assist and support others within the legal department by providing advice, training and guidance relating to your areas of expertise.
- Work efficiently with outside counsel, proactively liaising among them and various stakeholders to add value.
