Job Description

- Review, verify, reconcile and distribute GRR (Gross Revenue Report) on daily basic
- Perform random spot check at the outlet to ensure internal control is in place
- Execute daily executive packet review and document the review of the summary dashboard on FIAT and maintain any follow-up required
- Monitor customer discount and ensure that require approval / contract is available to validate the discount honored
- Liaise with Accounts Receivable team to resolve credit card variances
- Work as custodian of Cash Machine and provide require training to FO and F&B cashiers
- Maintain, record and take necessary action for cash over/short and circulate the weekly report to FO and F&B management
