- Help build a world class finance team in the region that can drive the business to utilise it s funds & working capital more efficiently. Help lead the implementation of best practices within finance to scale the business and global expansion. Work cross functionally on policies, processes and programs, and help drive key system initiatives and improvements. Manage implementation of major ERP system and ensure that company financial systems are robust, compliant and support current activities and future growth. Financial reports to investors and the board. Monthly control of accounting. Lead and manage the budgeting and forecasting processes including conducting research and developing business cases for new product lines or offerings. Manage and monitor the cash for the group to meet the targets in place. Set up and control financial processes internally and externally. Take an active role in fundraising, including pitch decks, financial projections, and conversations with investors
