- Qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA preferred), with significant years PQE
- Experience in a commercial finance environment, with proven business partnering ability
- Proven team management experience at a senior level
- Experience/understanding of the real estate highly desirable
- Strong IT/systems skills
- Confident, hard-working, detail-orientated and commercially-minded
