Duties include:

• Direct care to patients of all ages who present to our centers for routine care and a wide variety of urgent medical complaints.
  
• Provide direct and remote supervision to a clinical team including PAs, XR Techs, and Medical Assistants. Responsibilities include continuous evaluation of medical knowledge, documentation, patient care, and compliance with company policies, as well as quality improvement activities including chart reviews, mentoring, and skills training.
  
• Provide and supervise occupational health services including pre-employment screening exams, evaluation and treatment of workplace injuries, and DOT physicals.
  
• Work closely with our executive management team to develop and implement strategies that enhance patient care and improve overall practice performance. Participates in workgroups and leadership committees.
  
• Take calls from other providers who may need guidance with patient diagnostics, treatment, or other medical questions.
  
• Stay abreast of current medical diagnostic and treatment modalities to ensure the highest quality patient care.
