Field Services Engineer

1. 3 – 5 yrs experience in automotive industry with hardcore role in service planning and business development

2. Background must be well-rounded in the areas of service development, distributor business management and analysis

3. Ability to conduct detailed analysis and knowledgeable in evaluation of distributor KPI’s and daily operational controls

4. Ability to develop service product offerings to meet changing customer needs

5. Proven ability to be self-directed and operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

6. Computer literate (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

7. High level skills desired for using excel & preparing PowerPoint presentations

8. Fluency in English is mandatory. Arabic language proficiency is desirable.

9. Ability to respect & communicate with seniors of different nationalities

10. Willing to travel with no restrictions

11. Strong presentation and organizational skills

12. Excellent Customer relations skills
