Collaborate with the design team to develop creative and functional interior concepts.
Qualifications:
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather essential information for design projects.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings plans and specifications using CAD software.
- Select appropriate materials finishes and furnishings to meet design requirements.
- Communicate and coordinate with contractors suppliers and other stakeholders during project implementation.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes regulations and industry standards.
- Stay updated with current design trends technologies and materials to enhance design capabilities.
- Assist in project presentations and client meetings to effectively convey design concepts and ideas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Interior Architecture or related field.
- Proven experience in interior architecture with a portfolio showcasing successful projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 3D modeling software (e.g. SketchUp Revit) and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Attention to detail and strong problemsolving abilities.
