- Collaborate with culinary teams to create innovative and appealing menus.
- Monitor food trends and incorporate them into Amsa hospitality offerings.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for F&B services aligned with the overall Amsa hospitality objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day F&B operations, including dining services, catering, and special events inside Amsa hospitality properties.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high-quality standards.
- Implement strategies to enhance the overall dining experience for guests.
- Optimize efficiency in food preparation, service, and inventory management.
- Address and resolve guest feedback related to food and beverage services.
