Job Description

- Provides ‘FIVE-Star’ Administrative Support for the Food and Beverage and Kitchen Department.
- Assists in crafting Exquisite Department Reports and Presentations.
- Coordinates with the Procurement Team and Vendors for store supplies, ensuring a remarkable inventory.
- Ensures Departmental Processes align with FIVE’s standards, pursuing Sensational Enhancements where needed.
- Conducts Analysis and follow-up as directed by the Food and Beverage Team to Elevate Operations.
- Maintains the Office's bespoke Operations, aiding in scheduling, travel arrangements, and facilitating ‘FIVE-Styled’ internal and external communications.
- Develops and implements Visionary Administrative Systems to boost productivity and enhance operations.
- Maintains office supplies, stationery, forms, keys, tools, facilities and any equipment.
- Offers remarkable Office Support, including copying, distributing incoming mail, and processing outgoing mail.
- Manages Attendance Records, supporting payroll activities with a Perfect Touch and aiding in Performance Reviews.
- Liaises with Human Resources for Seamless Communication among Fellow ‘FIVERs’ cultivating a next-level Workplace Environment.
- Embodies the Department's ‘Vibe at FIVE’ as its ambassador, fostering a boundary-breaking Culture.
- Supports with any other Duties requested by the Management Team to keep FIVE’s award-winning Operations Thriving.
