About the job

Responsibilities:

• Create design sketches that align with the collection theme and concept for couture garments.
• Apply innovation and fresh ideas to produce progressive designs that are in line with current fashion trends.
• Utilize software such as Corel Draw, Photoshop, and Illustrator to develop patterns, embroidery designs, and color combination charts.
• Stay up to date with the latest fashion trends and developments by attending fashion shows, conducting internet research, reading fashion magazines and books, and networking within the fashion industry.
• Actively participate in the development of design concepts and be adaptable to new design requirements as they arise.
• Collaborate closely with the production unit throughout the entire production process, ensuring that the design pieces meet high-quality standards and specifications.
• Ensure that production schedules are followed and met to achieve timely delivery.
• Attending fashion-related training sessions and workshops to update your knowledge and enhance your skills in fashion design.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned.
  
  

Education & Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Designing.
• Relevant Experience with minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in Fashion industry is required.
