Job Description
Experience and Education: Bachelor's degree in agricultural engineering or related field. Practical experience in the field of poultry farm maintenance is a great advantage.
Deep understanding of poultry and farms: Extensive knowledge of poultry, their needs, best practices for care and optimal environment for production.
Maintenance Skills: Ability to manage preventative and corrective maintenance of farm equipment, poultry ventilation and heating systems, and hydraulic and electrical systems.
Team Management and Mentoring: Ability to lead and motivate the maintenance team, direct daily activities and provide the guidance and training necessary for their development.
