Strategic Sourcing
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective and efficient sourcing of goods and services.
- Ensuring timely conversion of PR to PO to GRN
- Market visits for price evaluation & analyzing data by keeping track of market dynamics.
- Analysis of alternate products
