Job Description

- Manage the inspection and maintenance of buildings systems and engineering assets to standards. Interface with the facility users and BUs, and follow-up with the users’ requests and work orders
- Investigate and diagnose faulty systems
- Manage the prioritization of work and delivery to plan through a multi-disciplinary team, check and inspect the contractor's performance, including PPM and CM activities
- To be on call and provide on-site leadership in the event of an incident
- Direct the contractors for routine maintenance and minor repairs to buildings and facilities including MEP faults finding
