Facilities Manager - Soft Services

Ensure that management through information is practiced, effective performance review structures and performance measurement and review drivers are in place to achieve continuous improvement in maintenance performance.
Develop maintenance process and plans, leading to a formal preventive maintenance system. Providing high quality maintenance service throughout the project, ensuring the highest level of service, safety and environmental awareness.
Maintain and develop a register of assets and equipment. Provide secure storage and indexing of site drawings, operations and maintenance manual, and equipment layout.
Maintain and grow cleaning schedule in accordance with contract requirements and asset and equipment register. Provide secure storage and indexing of site drawings, operations and maintenance manual, and equipment layout.
Responsible for establishing and maintaining all necessary recording systems needed for Duserve's regional HSE compliance.
Responsible for maintaining appropriate inventory levels for all maintenance items and consumables and establishing a formal inventory pull system.
Responsible for preparing annual budgets and providing effective controls to ensure expenses are managed within agreed parameters.
Responsible for recruitment, training and performance management of your team.
Responsible for managing specialized service provider contracts including contract negotiation, performance auditing and KPI measurement.
Evaluate contracts to determine whether they are effective and efficient in service, including all soft services and AD hoc requirements.
Responsible for periodic inspection of sites, to inform client(s) of any general repairs or additional work required. Providing optional contractors upon request and comparing costs. Ensure that all contracts work within established budgets, and identify any areas of variances.
Communicate with the client to deal with requests for additions and changes to contract specifications.
Manage small or medium sized projects and identify project risks and issues and reserve plans.
