Providing technical support for the project in all facility systems
Responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring policies, procedures and protocols for facility services (including work permit system and emergency procedures)
Lead maintenance activities in the department by providing engineering knowledge and specialist advice associated with the full range of construction services
Prepare and submit management reports in a timely manner
Plan, coordinate and supervise internal staff, consultants and specialized service contractors
Required profile of candidates
Degree in Facilities Engineering
15+ years of experience in a facilities/maintenance role
Over 10 years of experience managing teams of technicians
