Job Scope:
The Senior Network Engineer is accountable for designing, implementing and maintaining the company s network infrastructure, the delegation of tasks and the resolution of network issues in order to ensure IT systems are working safely and correctly. S/he mentors a team of Engineers to troubleshoot and optimize networks for end users.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, write and update functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN);
- Collaborate with Network Architects to design and implement functional company networks;
- Configure and install software, servers, routers and other network devices;
- Create, oversee and test security measures;
- Provide technical support, respond to work requirements and requests, analyze and solve reported network problems;
- Deal with escalated network support issues;
- Suggest and lead day to day improvements to network performance, capacity and scalability;
- Issue network status reports and maintain complete technical documentation;
- Mentor and manage team members in their day to day activities.
Requirements
- BACHELOR OF CS OR IT OT MIS
- Networking Network Security Troubleshooting
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
- Must be currently based in Saudi
Certifications Required:
- F5 Certified! Technology Specialist, BIG-IP Application Security Manager
- F5 Certified! Solution Expert, Security
- F5 Certified! Technology Specialist, BIG-IP Access Policy Manager (F5-CTS, BIG-IP APM)
- CCNA (200-120) CCNA Security (640-554)
