Job Description

- Complete responsibility to ideate, create and execute menus for Mediterranean/ middle eastern cuisines
- Coordinate between multiple stakeholders and ensure the delivery of the perfect consumer from a central vendor to the end consumer.
- Responsible for the product which would serve as the base to build high growth, scalable food brands in as many as 300 kitchens in the span of 18 months
- Liasoning with multiple vendors for product development, working with the other teams to develop kitchen processes and on-ground visits to ensure proper execution
