Position OverviewAs an Executive Sales and Business Development Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities building strong client relationships and maximizing sales revenue The ideal female candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development exceptional communication skills and a passion for the events and entertainment industry
Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the companys market presence
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Prepare and present sales proposals to clients
Qualifications
- Minimum of years of experience in sales and business development preferably in the events and entertainment industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field

- AED basic salary plus commissions
