About the company Our client is a leading company with over years of excellence in the Events and Entertainment industry in Dubai and seeking a dynamic and experienced Female Executive Sales and Business Development Manager to join our vibrant team We specialize in delivering topnotch event solutions entertainment services and unparalleled experiences to our clients
Position OverviewAs an Executive Sales and Business Development Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities building strong client relationships and maximizing sales revenue The ideal female candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development exceptional communication skills and a passion for the events and entertainment industry
Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the companys market presence
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Prepare and present sales proposals to clients
Qualifications
- Minimum of years of experience in sales and business development preferably in the events and entertainment industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field

Compensation
- AED basic salary plus commissions
