- Proven experience as an Executive Pastry Chef in high-end establishments or luxury hotels
- Extensive knowledge and expertise in pastry and dessert creation
- Experience in catering to VIP clients or working in Royal Palaces is highly preferred
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Creativity and innovation in pastry design and presentation
- Flexibility to work long hours and adapt to changing schedules as required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You must be in UAE at present and able to attend a food trial in Abu Dhabi if required
