Education and training:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in hotel management or related field. Certifications and training in guest service and executive lounge management would be beneficial.
Experience:
Previous experience in hospitality and guest service. Experience in related positions such as Executive Lounge Attendant or Customer Service Representative is preferred.
Driving skills:
