- Drive the mandate & vision to define our success in terms of studio growth and service delivery.
- Develop market intelligence capabilities to help identify global business opportunities and drive operational & investment strategy.
- Build and manage a world-class network of 3rd party suppliers.
- Keep innovation at the heart of investment with a view to becoming the “greenest studio in the world”.
- Develop the full operating model for NMHC’s studio business, successfully recruiting and developing a high-performance team.
