Job Description

Responsibilities will include • Developing the strategy for the Human Capital Division • Oversees the preparation of the annual budget • Measures performance against financial and strategic KPIs for the Human Capital Division • Leads the annual performance management cycle and ensures bonuses and promotions are given in a timely manner. • Develops corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc. • Ensures compliance with UAE Labor Law • Oversees the administration of compensation and benefits, including monthly payroll and benefits, pension authority liaison and annual incentives (bonus and long-term incentives) • Devises strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, talent acquisition, retention, training, and development.
