Executive Delivery Director

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the leading developers in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our Client is involved in some of the most innovative projects and programs. They are looking to hire an experiences Executive Delivery Director who will be responsible for developing the overall direction and strategic initiatives for the Delivery division, makes decisions on planning and directing all aspects of real estate activities, to meet the goals, set by the organization s strategy.

- Plan and direct all aspects of the companys residential and commercial real estate activities, including land/building acquisitions, leasing, and site location.

- Identify new projects to invest in and evaluate new property to ensure it meets the needs of the organization.

- Design strategies to resolve real estate space issues; authorize new property purchases or current expansion.

- Closely coordinate with the Chief Design & Delivery Officer on the different projects plans, the progress in development and development specifications, etc.

- Provide guidance to Delivery division directors on the division s strategy, policies and procedures.

- Working closely with COO on the division s budget and business opportunities forecast.

- Consolidate division budget, conduct variance assessment against budget and provide instructions to divisions directors.

- Review and approve budget plans.

- Lead the division s directors to achieve project goals and review progress in a timely manner.

Requirements

- At least 20 years related business experience with a proven track record of achievements in projects development within a leading real estate organization, 4 of which should have been in a senior management/executive role

- Master s degree preferred, however Bachelor s Degree with specialization in civil engineering, architecture, or any other related field is required.

- MBA or equivalent with specialization in management is desirable.

- Proficiency in Arabic is a plus
