Education and training:
Degree in cooking or culinary arts from an accredited culinary school. Graduate studies in culinary arts would be beneficial.
Experience:
Rich experience in the field of cooking and food preparation. It is preferable to have years of previous experience as an executive chef.
Culinary skills:
Mastering high-level cooking and preparation skills, including the ability to develop and create dishes and adjust flavors.
creativity and innovation:
The ability to develop new menus and provide innovative dishes that meet customers’ expectations.
