Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and organized Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing financial operations, including reconciling accounts, generating invoices, and working with payroll and tax providers. In this role, you will work closely with our customer success manager to ensure proper client billing, and with our vendors and partners to manage payments and ensure timely payment for services provided on behalf of our clients.

  • Reconcile accounts and generate invoices for clients
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Work with payroll and tax providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll and tax management
  • Coordinate with vendors and partners to manage payments and ensure timely payment for services provided on behalf of clients
  • Collaborate with the customer success manager to ensure proper client billing
  • Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the companys financial processes and systems
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports and provide insights to management
  • Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to financial processes and systems
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Communicate effectively with clients and verify, reconcile and report transactions for services and/or client requests.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or a related field -->Technical background a plus
  • 3+ years of experience in financial operations and/or bookkeeping
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and systems, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and tax management
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
