Job Description

- Manage and maintain executives’ calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including screening and prioritizing incoming communications.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of executives, ensuring timely responses and follow-up.
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents as needed.
- Assist with the preparation of expense reports, invoices, and other financial documents.
- Coordinate and support special projects and events as assigned by executives.
- Conduct research and gather information as needed to support decision-making and planning.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and communications.
- Provide administrative support to other members of the leadership team as needed.
