- Be enthusiastic, highly motivated and with a strong track record of working within a similar type of role (managing the school’s external examinations, ensuring that all entries are made, guidelines adhered to and results distributed).
- Show evidence of knowledge and experience of administrative and secretarial tasks.Show indication of being able to communicate effectively with examination boards, parents, students and staff;
- Be proactive in providing general office support under the direction of the Head of Senior School.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills, high levels of emotional intelligence, able to maintain confidentiality as well as deal effectively and work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders and teams.
- Fully support the school Mission, Vision and Motto.
