Events Promotions Manager

1. Plan and coordinate the event schedule: Collaborate with the stakeholder team to plan and coordinate the event, ensuring all technical aspects, tips and timings are prepared.

2. Rehearsals: Conduct and lead rehearsals with artists, crew and technical staff to ensure everyone understands cues, timing and responsibilities.

3. Manage Show Run Schedule and Timing Schedule: Develop and maintain a detailed run schedule outlining all procedures, tips, and timing requirements for the event.

4. Communication: Establish and maintain clear and effective communication with all parties involved to ensure ease of performance.

5. Timing and Execution: During the event, call cues and direct operations to ensure all production elements, such as lighting, sound, special effects, and speakers entering/exiting, are executed precisely according to plan.

6. Problem Solving: Address problems or unexpected changes in real time, make quick decisions and adapt presentation as appropriate to maintain quality and continuity.
