Job Description

Role Summary

  • Collaborate with project managers to coordinate and execute project scope, objectives, and deliverables against timelines.
  • Budget management – track resources and expenses and prepare budget vs actual expense reports.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely delivery of goods and services required for projects.
  • Arrange and coordinate gate passes, delivery schedules and crew transportation to and from the warehouse to the venue.
  • Coordinate event set-up, breakdown, safe movement of equipment and goods to and from the warehouse.
  • Coordinate with vendors for the ensure.
  • Create and implement SOPs; identify opportunities to enhance processes, tools and workflows to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • 5 years’ experience in live events and conferences operations include pre and post events and logistics.
  • Experience of working in events technology, AV and acoustics sector is an advantage.
  • Proficient use of MS Office and Outlook emails.
  • UAE driving license is a strong advantage.

Candidate Profile

  • Currently living in the United Arab Emirates – must be able to live and work in Dubai.
  • Fluent in English – professional written and verbal communication skills for client and team coordination and reporting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with professional interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem solving, organizational, time management and administration skills with the ability to work under pressure and multi-task.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • PMP certification is a strong advantage.
