ITP Media Group reaches an audience of more than 104.6 million people across the Middle East and beyond through its leading websites portals social media platforms events conferences award ceremonies magazines books and social media influences agency.
We are looking for an upbeat creative and proactive Events Manager to be based out of our office in Riyadh.
The ideal candidate will have experience and understanding of live experiences activations and events for our Arabian Business Group.
We are looking for a creative personality who can independently manage multiple projects meet deadlines and work to budget. The ideal candidate loves creating an event strategy as much as rolling up their sleeves to do the production work and will also assume responsibility for flawless execution of agreedupon sponsor elements. ITP is looking for someone who can bring ideas and creativity to our events calendar and who can drive revenue through innovative sponsor and customer solutions. This is a client facing role.

Experience managing suppliers sponsors and other stakeholders
Experience negotiating contracts and agreements
Experience managing a budget
Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues internally and externally
A modern understanding of what makes an event successful socialmedia expertise a plus
Enthusiastic driven creative and able to work on own initiative but a strong team player
Proficient in Keynote PowerPoint Word Excel
Languages: Fluent Arabic and English
