Requirements:
- Attention to detail, multitasking ability, and prioritization skills in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to manage third-party suppliers with an understanding of the production process, including lead times, material specifications, walkthroughs, and sourcing permits.
- Live event management experience for integrated experiential campaigns in UAE and KSA.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
- Capability to work independently and within a team setting.
- Enthusiasm for working with diverse talent, from international celebrities to regional influencers.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Arabic speaking proficiency would be beneficial.
